- Devs focus work on improving goal celebrations for Fifa 23 thinking that will win lost fans.
- Public anger that Fifa 23 has the same loot boxes but better celebrations.

**With WIDB:**

- Fifa 22 doesn't sell that well.
- Many WIDB users (hopefully thousands lol) comment that "loot boxes" is the issue. This includes people that did purchase and those who didn't.
- Publisher goes to Fifa 22 WIDB page and sees that "loot boxes" is the main issue. Shareholders (also part of the public) can see this is the main issue, so they can hold the publisher accountable.
- Publisher ensures Devs improve the loot box mechanic for Fifa 23 to be more consumer friendly.
- Fans see what they cared about was address and are more likley to purchase Fifa 23
